All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during peak times, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the products. Estimated delivery times will also vary depending on the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee and usually arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.
Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Local Pickup (Coming Soon)
We are excited to announce that local pickup options will be available in the near future for customers located in or near Saint Augustine, FL. Once this option is active, you will be able to select local pickup at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our designated location.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Mother Hustla Empire is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
